Welcome

SiNAPSA Neuroscience Conference '11 (SNC'11) is a Central European neuroscience event that has won the status of a FENS Featured Regional Meeting.

The moving force behind the SNC'11 is a consortium of neuroscientists from Slovenia with colleagues from Trieste, Italy, and Zagreb, Croatia, who strive to make the SNC'11 an excellent neuroscience meeting and use the opportunity for networking and future collaborations. With its satellite meetings and the accompanying special events devoted to neuroscience education and promotion, SNC'11 will be a hub of European neuroscience activities in 2011.

The organizers cordially invite you to mark September 22 - 25, 2011 in your callendar and participate at the SNC'11 in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

About the Programme

SNC'11 Programme consists of several plenary and special talks, thematic symposia with invited talks and short oral presentations, poster exhibitions and a few special events.

The basic structure of the conference is a string of independent symposia, chosen from the contributions to an open call for symposia proposals covering topics from molecular and cellular to systems neuroscience and clinical research. You are welcome to submit a proposal!

The final programme will be shaped in response to an open call for abstracts (starting November 29, 2010). Most submissions will be accepted for poster presentation. However, a selected few will also be considered for short oral presentations.
