SiNAPSA Neuroscience Conference 2023: Call for Symposia

Dear colleagues,

We kindly invite you to submit a symposium proposal for the upcoming SiNAPSA Neuroscience Conference, SNC’23 – the 10th international neuroscience meeting which covers a wide array of neuroscience topics from molecular to clinical levels. SNC’23 will take place from September 28 to 30, 2023, with live presentations at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia.

SNC’23 is already supported by International Brain Research Organization (IBRO) and International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB) and by the neuroscience societies of the neighbouring countries.

The confirmed plenary speakers are Prof. Michael Strong, Prof. Apkar Vania Apkarian, Prof. Jasna Križ and Prof. Aleksej Verkhratsky and the preliminary programme is available here. The programme will accompany a Regional Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) meeting and an Educational workshop on Pain. There will also be an opportunity for young scientists to apply for travel fellowships.

In keeping with the SiNAPSA Neuroscience Conference tradition, the core of the SNC’23 Programme will comprise of Thematic Symposia.

The Symposia may address any neuroscience topic from molecular to systems neuroscience and clinical research and should be up to 2 hours long. The detailed instructions, along with the proposal form, are available here.

SiNAPSA will cover the registration, lodging, and partial travel costs for one speaker per symposium. Submission deadline for proposals is February 1, 2023. Programme Committee will notify the applicants via e-mail by February 22, 2023.
