About the SiNAPSA Neuroscience Symposium '05

SiNAPSA Neuroscience Symposium is an interenational event aimed at providing the neuroscientists in Slovenia and neighbouring countries with an opportunity to present their research interests and endeavours and possibly set up new regional collaboration. A particular emphasis will be paid to multidisciplinary research and to the promotion of open scientific communication among junior researchers. The symposium will include invited lectures, oral presentations, poster sessions and a round table. The symposium welcomes contributions from all fields of neuroscience. The sessions will be organized in the following topics: basic neurobiology (including molecular neurobiology, neurochemistry and animal model work), developmental and adult neurology, psychiatry and cognitive neuroscience.
