You can apply for a travel grant sponsored by either SiNAPSA or ICGEB (see details below).

SNC'25 Organising Committee will award several travel grants to cover the economy travel and accommodation for eligible SNC'25 participants that will present their work at the SNC'25.

Travel grants are also available via ICGEB. Participants from the ICGEB countries can apply via the following link.

The deadline for travel grant applications is June 20th, 2025. Applicants can expect to receive notifications regarding the acceptance of their grants by June 30th, 2025.

Your application should include:

Personal data according to the application form.
Application letter
Curriculum vitae, including a list of publications (≤ 3 pages).
Letter of recommendation by a supervisor (include his or her e-mail address).

In your submission letter, please, state explicitly whether:

you plan to present a poster or short oral presentation at the SNC'25 (abstract must be included).

Travel grants are also available via International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB). Participants from the ICGEB countries can apply via the following link. The deadline for travel grant applications is June 1st, 2025.

The criteria for selection are:

a) Publications

Total number of publications: score: 0 - 1 - 2 - 3 (no - few - moderate - many)
Peer reviewed papers: score: 0 - 1 - 2 - 3 (no - few - moderate - many)
Presentations at scientific conferences score: 0 - 1 - 2 - 3 (no - few - moderate - many)
